Need assistance can't find server

Same. I did a rollback, like I always do when Ark brings us an update and 2 of my servers are still not showing up. Last issue they blamed on ark. I had to figure it out myself. Always something with Nitrado.

im just upset cause im paying for a service that isnt working thats like going to mcdonalds buying a cheeseburger and they charge u and say there grill isnt working im sorry no refund

I don't think this one will be a wild card issue only because there are over 6000 rented servers showing up for people to join and play. this has to be a nitrado issue but until we get a real reply or someone on the phone we wont know for sure.

As noted --- updated today.. wrong server build...

One of my maps are not coming back up. It went down automatically bc Nitrado decided to upgrade it today and its now just sitting at "stopping server"

Need help getting this fixed ASAP. paying for a service that is NOT WORKING

Tried calling your 4 hour window for US support and still can't get through

listen Nittrado I've had my server 3 days now and haven't been able to play at all. Either can't find address or now this. Either reimburse me for my 3 days add more days to it or give me all of my money back I've been trying for hours to get on and my server won't even reappear on my list.

My issue wasn't WC related last time either, but they still tried to blame them. I was just starting to get a decent player base. I give up. lol I've been trying to call for over an hour as well. Phone is constantly busy.

I'm about to just submit a complaint with the better business bureau on this. Shame on you Nitrado and Micrsoft

I have the resources to hire a lawyer... they keep this up and I will... and I'm not coming for just a few days of down time

Did you guys exit and update the game client on the xBox?

After I did that the servers show up in the list.

i just want an eta that would be great so i can let all the players on my server. now im losing players too ther servers now

Its not Xbox... its Nitrado... I can't spin my rag server back up after they brought it down without even telling me

My server said it was updating and when it restarted was still at 789.9. :(((

I have 2 out of 6 servers showing up in the Ark list. It's a nitrado issue.

Which servers or maps do you have? Not sure if it matters, just wondering what the differences could be between the ones down and the ones still running. I know nothing of this stuff. Mine running are extinction and rag. Ab and Val are down on my servers and my two linked are center and se. Not sure if they've been rolled back yet.

I can't even see what game version my map is now... where in their crap site can I see the current server version?
