you're able to do that. The first section is the hour you want to restart and the second is within the minutes. So 0 is midnight and you pick within the first ten minutes which is 0-10 of the minute section
I've added my restarts so you can see. Once is at 12am the other is at 12pm
when i try to do this is gives a +1 to +6 minute margin of error this makes setting message countdown timers impossible. why cant we dial in restart times down to the minute even second.
Typically folks announce to their communities that say "everyday the server will reboot for maintenance 415a-430a". "It is the daily server scheduled maintenance". That is what we do with ours.
It is not possible to narrow it down even more than what it is now. You have to make a small range due to processes that are scheduled to run with 100s if not 1000s of other servers.
