A lot of my community is reporting they cannot join my server at all today. Saying they try to join and are getting an error code 9? Any idea what is going on here or how to fix it?

Same i order a server hours ago and still says preorder how long did yours take to come online im on console ps4 i can even join any of the open private servers pm me if you want me to try and join yours

I pre-ordered mine they day they became available so it was ready to go as soon as the update went live.

It says on the purchase page it is instantly connected any ideas how long it will take
