I just recently bought a server and have been slowly learning how it works. before I had added mods, I was able to join fine and run it smoothly. After I had added my mods, I boot up the server and it says "not responding". I don't know if I added too many mods, or messed something up while editing the remote files, but I've attached the server log for that boot.
