Server messages

Anyone know how to enable server messages?

Thanks. ive edited the messages to what i want, i click save reset the server but messages dont show up

thanks, i tried that but i still dont get any messages pop up. Do i need the create a new config and use that as a template? All ive done is edited the example messages.
