So i was wondering. If I were to purchase the $550 server for the year, and needed an upgrade eventually to a higher population slot, would i have to purchase another year with that slot count or is there an upgrade option?

When you upgrade the ports, the site allows you to change the days being rented, so its adjustable. That means if you have 10 ports now for a year, and say you go to 12, you have to buy a full year= no. If you select a year it auto adjust and show you the balance needed. All the servers do this. That is if you purchase on the website or a nitrado app.
