Ark server keeps booting

I've just recently rented a server for me and my girlfriend to play together. A couple days ago we started to get kicked from the server about every 15 minutes or so. Today my gf keeps getting kicked as soon as she logs in. Anybody else having this issue or have any solutions?

Sorry you're having issues with booting. Did you guys make any changes to the server or have you spawned any dinos in at all?

I have made a few small changes to harvesting amounts but nothing major. Have not spawned in any dinos at all. Have tried reseting server to default setting and wiping all dinos but still having the same issue. I've ran speed tests on my network and on the psn network and everything seems to be running fine there.

Since the server is brand new have you tried doing a server reinstall to see if it fixes the booting issue.

I have not but im not quite sure about how to do a server reinstall if you could walk me through it

when you're in the servers dashboard on your computer or even desktop mode on your phone it will say reinstall on the far left side towards the bottom
