so twice now iv had updates for the map an both times its wipe my map an started it fresh. an i cant seam to backup it from the dash bored. says it did but doesnt. Anyone eles haveing this problem??

I'm sorry youre having these issues. Ive had it happen but was able to restore the backup. If youre backups arent working i would suggest reaching out to support.
The correct one should be the map save backups.
