Well damn, mine have sill not been updated... Hopefully today at least. Mr moderator i understand you have no power over the servers but do the server maintainers at least use this forum? if not then whats the point if we cant speak to them directly. How do we voice our thoughts to them... Surely not through you! Im thinking going back to G something portal might be best. Never had a bad time over there. TY Nitrado but your just not up to snuff.

It would be nice to have more detailed status updates somewhere other than Twitter. I'm not a Twitter user nor will I ever be but I PAY Nitrado for their services. You'd think they would post status updates on THEIR website.

absolutely ridiculous its been hours and not a word from anyone in regards to it! I have friends who rent servers from other services and they were updated hours ago, glad my server run time has only 11 days left on it, time to move on!

I'm feeling the same way. Unfortunately I just renewed for 3 months. Imagine if they had an actual infrastructure problem...

The server attempted to update after the ark game update. After an hour, it stopped updating and said "server stopped". I attempted to restart the server multiple times, with no success. I then tried to Restore a save backup, and that also was unsuccessful. At this point I went into the Log Files-Crash Stack and discovered it says "Fatal Error!". This is my first major problem with Nitrado servers and any help would be appreciated.

Mine is getting the same issue. It said it was updating about 2 hours ago. Just finished up dinner and had messages from some of my players saying the server is still not up. I checked and the server had stopped. Tried to restart and it just stopped again. I too am getting that Fatal Error message as well.

It has not been fixed, and I have not heard anything from Nitrado yet.

I tried to restart it and I keep getting this in my restart game log file.

same....we just got our server yesterday lol

My server will say that it is offline and then when i go to start it it will say restarting for a couple minutes and then go right back to being stopped, any way to fix this?
