Server crash every time at start up

  • the server keeps crashing continuously on every reboot after being online without problems for several days. I am attaching the crash log, maybe someone knows how to solve this situation. assistance has not answered me since this morning. the server has been offline for more than 4 hours, honestly I am very disappointed with Nitrado. and they also charge a lot of money!

    Sorry that you are having issues.

    The language thing is normal. Just ignore it.

    As for the crashstack, the recommended resolution is a rolling back the server which you have access to do.

    If you have not already please contact Nitrado Support for assistance or to further investigate. Tickets can take 24-48hrs depending on the current queue.

  • if I do a server rollback I lose my players who told me they did a lot of things between yesterday and today. how do we do it? the fault is not mine but yours of Nitrado. it is not possible that there are always all these problems and that I have to lose users and money because of you. it is not possible to do a server rollback while keeping the map and player data ??

  • This is a general answer:

    crashstack issues have been a common issue since ARK started. The only recommended fix by WC (Wildcard) the game creators is a rollback. You have to keep rolling back with a crashstack until the game is playable. Although at times a crashstack may also have a low memory error which a rollback may not always resolve the issue. If you like, contact Support and have them further investigate. Ultimately though, if it is a crashstack error which means the gamefile is corrupted, no way exists to correct that file other than using a previous one (this does not include the low memory error that may also appear and some others).

    Rollbacks happen in this game for years. Those that have been playing ark for a long time is aware of this and has accepted that game issue. It sucks, yes. Nitrado provides the hardware, WC created the game. From my experience crashstack errors happen more often on PC servers with mods. I only see them on consoles when a patch has been released. But it does happen.
