Pre-order server

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

Thank you to all members for your continued use of the forum!

Assistance with all questions concerning your Nitrado service can now be found in these spots:
Community Discord: https://discord.gg/nitrado

  • I've preordered a server and it still says "preordered" and i cant do anything with it... I've seen a moderator go around giving the same response and i respect his / her hard work however when a lot of money is involved I would expect a more detailed answer from someone who knows the exact situation on whats going on (not saying the mods are not helping) its just someone who has an insight on it to help the many who have the same issue understand.

  • okay well, when dayz and nitrado set up the deal to host servers, they probably didnt anticipate the number of people who would pre order a private server, so to not waste money they had only set up lets say 200 servers for example on a first come first serve basis, they were bought out, and the rest of us had to pre order a server, now they have a greater number of server requests and are are making up the server numbers again by buying more server storage on the first come first serve basis, this could take hours and/or upto a couple of days

  • Thank you PoppaJay. :)

The information that has been provided is all I have to provide. That info is straight from Nitrado Support.

Also no one has wasted any money. The time does not start until the server is up and running.

Just have to be patient. And starting new threads about the same subject is not recommended. Typically they are deleted.

At some point I am going to start funneling them together. Just not yet since this is all new. :)

    Thank you.
