but i dont even know my server number lol I hvaent got a confirmation that its up yet this crap is taking forever man I paid money for this

Anyone bought a server yesterday and still not got it?
I honestly feel like we are being ignored, I have waited pretty much 24 hours now. Hearing nothing from the actually staff at Nitrado. I fear a refund at this point. Very very unprofessional, Twitter says stay tuned but it's been how long without an update???? This is beyond a joke. Answers or refund please and I'll just go play something else.
Yes there are lots of us. They have clearly taken on too many orders to cope. I know the demand is high and they probably should have limited it then released more. However sometime the sight of money clouds the judgement. Im confident it will be sorted and we will all have a server at some point this millennium
On a professional note, maybe information should of been provided like their avg installs per hour, how many remaining servers in preorder and a time frame when we can expect staff to be working on further servers. At least this would give us an idea of something. The prices of the servers are no joke so I'd appreciate a more professional approach not just leaving us in the dark and allowing volunteers to copy paste the same automated message. As of Twitter for a response absolutely nothing..

If you havent got the confirmation email, then your specific server isn't ready yet.

Here is the early 630a update-
Orders are still being worked on with progress. We apologize for the long delays.
Several staff are working on the requests at the same time we are handling current Operations.
Rest assured your money isn't being wasted. The server time does not start until the server is up.
Some folks have asked, "how will I know when mine is up". You will get an automated email when its up. I would recommend also checking your spam folder.
We are slowly getting through the requests though so progress. Thank you for your Patience and have a wonderful morning.

I agree with people saying we need a refund. This is not how you run any business. We don't pay for our food in a restaurant and wait a couple of days for the food order to come. So why pay for this and not receive anything? Don't advertise something you carnt give
