    What about the server's the are ready, have been started but don't show up in the list of online servers?

    Hey there, I just purchased a Public DayZ Server for PS4 it's a Public 100 Slot, NY Location. However it says its in the Pre-Order stage. I thought servers were supposed to be setup immediately? What is the estimated wait time before it will be set up? Also is there a control panel on your website or an App for Admin commands such as messages, kicking, banning, changing server name etc..

    Can i access the control panel to change server name, day/night ratio etc while my sever is in the pre-order stage? Also where do I find the control panel lol...

    It wont be up and there is issues on Dayz end they cannot cope with the demand either so they have taken down all servers.     Omg really? This isn't good.. I just bought my server too and im in the same boat... I have a week off.. I was going to setup my server and game... but... now im thinking maybe i should just cancel..

    Our 50 slot xbox server has the same problem, we have the correct settings and everything. Just waiting on them to fix it. We didn't pay for a server that doesn't work.

    Listen. It is not difficult to say its going to take 2-4 days to set up your server. The problem here is you guys are not saying anything. This is basic and simple customer services. If its going to take a week say a week then...but start replying to people. Trust me when I say people will start to understand and be ok if they know its going to take 24hrs, 2 days, or 1 week if you communicate that. Again its only a matter of time before the sometimes very toxic PS4 community starts making videos about your non responsiveness. Just a little tip.

    It would suck, my pre-order was activated the same day 1.04 came out. Ever since, I haven't been able to find it in the server list. So it's a host issue (Nitrado).

    Just so folks know, we are volunteers. And we put time in the forums when we can. I have spent my fair share of hours in here trying to help out where I can.

    My expertise is in ARK PC, Conan, and Atlas. Rondeau is for Xbox. (sorry I didnt mention the other mods. I havent worked with them as much. But they work their tails off as well) We try to do what we can.

    In reality we reply all the time. It may not always be what folks want to hear, but it is all we can provide. Nitrado Support have visibility in the ticket queues and are working them the best they can. They do need to maintain the existing customer base, infrastructure which are part of Operations.


    These are pre-orders and will be worked in the order receive. Paid time does not start until the server is up which btw- you would receive an email.

    Those having issues with existing ones like the code 9 error, or server restarts- you will need to submit a ticket to Nitrado Support. Nothing the Forum Moderators can do.


    We understand your frustration. Nitrado keeps up informed on stuff and we share whats available. Their is no ETA. Its going to be awhile. Whether its 2 days, 1 week or whatever, we are unable to provide that. That would be a guess and that would not be fair for anyone.


    We appreciate your patience and business. I've been a nitrado customer for years. They take care of their customers. If they didnt, they wouldnt be one of the largest game server hosting companies. Also they have many Business Partnerships with the gaming company's. Everyone is just doing their part. Believe me no one is sitting.

    Bohemia have issues with the servers. Nitrado cannot do anything now as Dayz have turned off all private servers for the consoles.

    Where did it say that it likely wouldn't be happening until next week? I've scoured their Twitter and the news section, even the forums themselves, and I've seen nothing that says either the servers are all going to be offline, or that the servers would be delayed. I'm just curious as to where you got this information.

    On dayz twitter they said they were turning off private servers as the large and increasing list was causing error 9. Im back on mine now though couldnt see any other private servers so the may be only visible to the ones using them. I dont know however as I am currently live in my own server
