server migration

Hello everybody,

Need to know if it is possible to migrate from one server from New York to another from Miami without losing the database? When I went to rent the server did not have the option of Miami where here in Brazil ping is less.

If this is possible, as I must proceed with the request I do not want to lose everything already on the server such as base, tribe and others. Thank you!

I have an ARK server that is hosted in New York and would like to know if there would be a possibility to migrate everything without losing the structures and creatures to another Miami server? Here in Brazil the best ping is from Miami and when I rented the server was not showing the option of Miami.

You would have to submit a support tickets asking them to do the migration.

If console, you will need to contact Support as suggested. As for PC servers, you can do this all yourself. In the wiki it talks about backing up and restoring the server.
