High CPU Usage / High temps then

Well, i bought a server for me and my friend on ARK, Fjordur, and when i made the server options, i saw that the cpu usage was really high, like 85-92%, I checked the temperature of my CPU and saw that it was like, 90°IG, and not. I wanted to know if it was normal, or something like a "bug", option to set.

Oh and, before getting the server, i was running perfectly, the usage wasn't at these %, and the temp were near 60

That CPU is normal. Consistent 95 is the concern.

Oh, good to know, but for the 95 part, it isn't really consistent, it looks like the ~90% "problem" occur every 30 minutes for the best, and 10 minutes for the worst
