I'd love to know why after repeated attempts at canceling my service with you i am still being charged. isn't that, I don't know illegal. Even after opening 3 tickets , and a 4th as of today i am still getting charged.

Your server was xbox ? maybe the subscription with microsoft is still active and that's why you are still being charged, in that case I suggest you contact the Nitrado team to check if you can still cancel it but to ask for a refund you would have to check with microsoft.
