hello i bought server and start first time, server is in restarting loop what can i do pls answer

server can be found, but you can't access it, sometimes when you can get in, players are kicked seconds after the server. Xbox platform, I would like it resolved as soon as possible. Thanks.

If you are still having issues, some basic things to do:
(1) Restart the server. If is hangs, about 5-10m a button appears to forcestop, then restart.
(2) Check out the server logs. If you see crashstack, that more likely is a corrupted gamefile. It happens with ARK. Sadly the resolution is to rollback to the last known saved file. And no way knowing which one is bad. Some folks that do not feel comfortable trying this- you can contact Support.
(3) If this is a new server, try a reinstall. *note: sometimes this happens after a game update. Wildcard suggests to do a recovery backup.
(4) If all the above fails, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate. If you already have please continue to be patient. We are unable to assist you here in the forums.

And what do you do if what you suggest does not work. I seen many people on here having the same issue, many people have support tickets in like myself. And not one single answer to anyone other than what you list above. I think there is something you need to inform us on as we do pay for your services and their are many upon many issues you have and leave us in the dark! So please at least tell us something other than this repeated message you have saved in a list!

Just a reminder this is a Community Support Forum which means the community of gamers and admins are able to help and assist each other. We are only volunteers here and share personal experiences and info. We have zero access into accounts, tickets, or servers. Only Nitrado Support can help you. Sorry. We are doing exactly as trained. I have been here for over 5yrs.

My server ARK doesnt respond, i check the settings, mods etc... and all is ok, if u have any idea from that problem please help me haha

Hi, we've rented for the first time a server last friday, to play ark on xbox. We can configure it, it appears for us on the list, but when we try to join, it shows a cant retrieve adrress error... this is embarassing. How can we fix that ? we are currently losing our money

i've tried to contact the nitrado support since friday but got no answers back

Typically they respond 24-48hrs M-F. However when the ticket queue is long it may be longer than normal.
We have no access to your server, account or queue so we are unable to assist to specific server issues.

I bought a server today and have tried to play it a few times, only to be told "Unable to retrieve server address." What does that mean and how do I fix it?

Infinite Loop on Restarts No Force Stop or Anything
I even tried to checkmark Minor Force Update to Restart and Hopefully stop it. But nothing avail.
