Cant find my server on my Xbox

I made a server for me and my friends on xbox and i cant find the server using the server name. I think im using the correct settings.

Sorry you are having this issue. When you purchased the server where and how did you purchase it? For xbox it should be purchased through the nitrado App via the store on your xbox one.

All figured out now! Just had to give it a bit. Now the problem is connecting to the server. The error message "Could not retrieve address pops up when attempting to connect to the server. I've reset my wifi, reset the game, reset the server, and reset my xbox but still doesn't work. Any solution?

the could not retrieve address issue isn't usually xbox related it sometimes happens when purchased the servers. They can be a little issue when installing the server itself. You could always try to reinstall the server via the WebUi of you havent already. If you have and the issue is still there the best thing to do is submit a support ticket and explain to them the issue
