i've bin having issues with being able to connect to my ark server. i keep getting "could not retrieve address". the other 2 servers in my cluster are fine but the rag server is having this issue.

I'm sorry you're having this issue. The best fix for this issue seems to be creating a support ticket and explaining to them what the issue seems to be. They might have to just move your server on their system for a fix.
