Same here. I have one server that shows active and updated but can't be found on the server list and another I can't get into the gui. Fun times.

i made it to general settings once, changed map and tried to save only to get a 504 and cant get back to general settings

Had that happen, but it did seem to save my setting.
Now, the server is just starting, and has been for a while. Not looking good.

Actually a joke thinking you can call your servers 'high quality'. It's been over 5 hours and i still can't log onto my server. Everyone else is already on the map or enjoying a better service. Why is Nitrado the only server for Xbox, it's just sad. Sort it out man

It's really odd to me how quiet it gets in here when the issue gets resolved.
"When the issues get resolved" My servers have been "updating" for over 3 hours now. What issues are resolved?

I got friends who have been playing since 10 minutes after launch. my family has been waiting 6 hours.... this is a bit out of hand...

No, it only lets me link the site in English and German. otherwise they would recommend Spanish Nitrado

Nitrado, give us a real explanation. Tell us what is happening, not a vague, "We are working on it, please have patience." Working on what exactly? Because we are all paying for nothing at this point. If you'd take the time to explain perhaps our frustration might be a tad mitigated. It's easy to see that posts are being deleted, and at the same time no REAL updates are given us. If you can take the time to read posts and delete, you can at least explain what the problem is. I'd like to play with my son who lives states away and works so much I barely have time to talk to him. However, RIGHT NOW, he is waiting to play. With me. Together. This is absurd. And don't say go check twitter. I hate twitter. It's a toxic cesspool of spineless nonthinkers....i'll pass.

I recently was able to change the map finally, but got 504 when saving my changes. Trying to get back to that screen to see if it took.

its working for me. just switch maps saved an started.

And it worked for me.

AS noted by several, folks are starting to be able to change it to the new map, save, then restart.
If the server or site is having issues, just have to be patient as several are accessing it. Please try again.
In an event you did everything, and restart, but notice maybe a server wipe please roll back the server to the latest save and test back from there. This is what the game Devs also recommend. Since updates and done, and DLC is complete in release this thread will be closed soon as we are back on the normal schedule.

Even though it sounds like things are starting to work, you owe us a good explanation. Communication is so important and if you don't understand this then you will lose goodwill and customers. And 100% on Twitter. Why not just say we'll have a TikTok up to update you like a real company?

Well, the good news is that I can get into the web interface.... the bad news is trying to access the "General" settings tab gives me the 504 again. Seems to be consistent as well....able to access the web interface 2 times in a row, but no "general" settings
