Yeah I was referring to profit. Revenue wise, hard to say. They'd need at least 50-70k servers (thats being generous because I find it hard to believe they host nearly that many) hosted at $14-30 USD to make a revenue of 1m monthly. And the labor costs & utility and maintenance cost of running 50-70k servers would eat up a decent chunk of that before pure profits.

Okay you are right. Actually Nitrado's Estimated worth so far in 2022 is $1,626,400 USD. I retract my statement and 100% understand why they are unable to service their customers. My bad.

Had to try a host for the new map. Always cold and died from freezing. Miss the boosted server. NEED IT NOW lol

Nah I am not saying that at all. You're totally right, no matter how much they're worth they're most definitely the most well known and popular Ark hosting website so they one hundred percent need to have better customer service. The service they have now leaves way too much to be desired.

According to a user who called nintrado customer service posted on twitter at 2:10pm PST, anticipating 2-3 hours until servers will be accessible.

Thank you for the update. Good to know the servers are updated, now it seems like a site issue?

Bought the server last night and set it up. Paid extra for more memory. Spent several hours like the rest of you trying to get it to work. Then I checked a competitor and had a server set up from scratch in less than 30 minutes and am currently logged into Fjordur with no issues. I have alot of Nintrado servers going back several years, but this and a few other recent and past issues is really giving me pause.

(Almost) Some possible good news. I got the settings page (General) and set the map to Fjordur, but it timed out when I was saving the change.

Will see if it saved before the time out or after, if I can get back again.

Here is hoping.

It took several tries (and about 24 minutes) but got back to the settings again, and the change in map took, so I am trying to start the server now.

i didnt either lol, i made one for game updates awhile back and literally just use it for that when need be.
