We all do, I stopped my server to get ready to change the map so my people cant even play the othermap.
I am able to get back to the webinterface but clicking anything causes 504 error

You may get the interface but right now you will just 504 when selecting general to change the map.

I have had minimal issues with all of the Nitrado servers I have subscribed to up till now. While I am equally frustrated and want to play with my family, I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and am simply being patient....checking every now and again if the 504 error is still happening and these forums. I'm just sitting watching YouTube and waiting. This clearly isn't something that was planned and is being addressed.

if you think you will get a refund gl there is probably something in the agreement you agreed to they dont owe it even if you dont like the situation

That's fine. They are offering a service. We paid for that service. A service that is not working. I've used Nitrado for years. Not the first time I've had issues. They won't offer a refund then they will no longer get my money.

Happening to many(all?) of us.
I know it can take some time for the updates to propagate to all of the servers; I can accept that (with in reason). Took a little over 2 hours, but the server updated about 2 hours ago. A bit of bitter pill when you wait patiently, get the update, but then can't do anything with it.
Only using the server because I have 199 days left on it and was not using it for anything else; abandoned the server back in April so I could get my Lost Island server running.

All I know is I'm gonna be tired at work tomorrow.
Although, that would have probably been true no matter when the map released today lol.

I am sorry Nitrado but this horrendously slow. I understand that you have issues with releases like this. But 4 hours?!?! I have not been able to make it to the settings tab of web interface to change the map or restart my server in 4 hours. Just stuck staring at the server screen on ARK since I cant boot up my server. Thanks.

I've now been forced to play on somebody else's private server because I can't play on the one I'm currently paying for...Four hours and waiting.

It's a bit frustrating when Nitrado has known for months now that FjorDur was going official, and yet here we sit waiting. They have had months to prepare for this. FjorDur had an original release date of June 4th and it was pushed back to the 12th, eight extra days even! You mean to tell mean a multimillion dollar company can't do an update in under 6 hours? If I didn't do anything at my job for several hours, when I knew the deadline was coming for months ahead of time, I would not be paid for that wasted time.

(Almost) Some possible good news. I got the settings page (General) and set the map to Fjordur, but it timed out when I was saving the change.
Will see if it saved before the time out or after, if I can get back again.
Here is hoping.

Revenue wise I'd think they most certainly are. Profits, I'd have no idea.
