I have an xbox ARK server. I do not have the FTP information at the bottom of my dashboard. Is FTP not available with xbox (I was thinking of downloading saved files)? Sometimes I switch back to a map and do not have a backup for it in the queue because it is past the 3 or 4 weeks of queued backups, then it will invariably start on day 1 so I have lost all my data.

FTP is not available for console servers. That is prevented by the game devs.
