I am in a similar situation and I am having a lot of trouble. When I restart, everything is lost. So now I am afraid to restart and many people ask me "why don't you restart? They ask me, No trees (logs) are generated, just trees that look like they are there forever
If this issue is not resolved I will be going to another rental server company.
