I think many of us do.
I find it alienating that these Servers are advertised and yet dont offer a complete product. Especially since Adminrights really are just important for a more ambitious Server, with more than 4 Slots hence an more expensive one - yet cant be fully utilised
I opened a ticket with Nitrado support and got a reply on May 24th with the following message:
"Hello,
Thank you for your support request. The feature is being implemented in the servers, for the moment is still not working but we expect to have this as soon as possible".
So the team is at least aware and is working towards a functioning admin system.
Nearing a week since launch of the game and we still have no way to actually handle bad actors on a server, even though it's being advertised by Nitrado as a feature of their hosting:
"At Nitrado, our experts have ensured you can have a strong level of modification with a custom game panel for V Rising where you can adjust settings at a moment’s notice, upload and edit all important files, and manage your server players!"
(Notice the part I put in bold)
The hosting service is not working as advertised, this needs to be resolved ASAP.
This is a big problem for people buying this service and should be compensated for in my opinion
Still no fix yet? It's been over a week since the game has released now.
I don't think waiting weeks even months for this issue to be fixed is fair, when we had no idea the service wasn't working when we paid for it. I think an admin should get involved in this forum post to assure us we will be compensated for time or refunded full amount.

We had some horrible people join our server and I couldn't do anything to deal with them. This is getting ridiculous lol

This post started on May 21, we are already on May 27 and we still don't have any news about something that allows us to access administrator privileges. thanks for understanding
it blows my mind that this is still an issue. I'm going to be changing hosts I think.
Hi all, currently facing this issue too. I have logged a ticket today with support which I hope can be rectified quickly. I have asked a friend via steam who rents a server from another provider who confirms to me that other providers do not have this issue (which is odd). I do hope Nitrado exercise a speedy response and subsequent fix for this very basic but server breaking issue. I do find it surprising that a well known / reputable server hosting provider will actively allow the sale of a product which is not complete (Product not described as sold).
I will give Nitrado the benefit of the doubt and will give 24hrs before placing a request for a refund before moving over the the above mentioned 'provider(s)'.

Any updates on this, been nearly a week since Nitrado was made aware, kind of irritating
Nitrado is aware of the concerns, and need. The Devs are working on it. Nothing more I can provide. This is a Community Forum. We are only volunteers and not employees. If you want more info, please create a ticket to Support and inquire.

This really should be fixed or advised before purchase that this feature does not work with Nitrado servers. Too many Trolls and bad players out there we need to have admin rights
I'm following this topic every day since the opening and nothing has happened so far. I'm watching my "days runtime" going down and I was wondering if you guys considered to give us 4-5 days back to our "days runtime" in compensation ?
8 days passed, too many trolls in my server, xenophobics, racists and i cant do anything..
