Looking for assistance setting up a server using existing data

Currently trying to import server files from my (dedicated server) Win10 version of ark, my xbox app to Nitrado settings. Mainly so me and my friends can continue playing with our build/tames/survivor and not start over.. however i can only find .Ark files and its asking for Json files and im not even sure the .ark files i have found are even the correct ones because i am unable to do any testing

Sadly you are not able to upload saves to a Console Server. PC/Steam are the only types of servers that have FTP access. This is limited by the game DEVS. sorry

i've been hosting the server via xbox windows 10 app on my PC and playing the server on my xbox does that mean it still is not possible?

FTP is only available to Steam/PC servers, not Win10/Xbox or PS4.

You are not able to restore saves.
