Sounds like you are pretty unlucky atm. I feel its more about timing. Some issues had been going on with certain situations in the last couple of weeks. And for the most part all have been resolved. Each case needs to be looked at. I would suggest contacting Nitrado Support again for this issue and see what update/info they may have.
