    That is either your own personal network or internet at your end. The first 2 hops since they are 192.168.x.x are within your network. And since it passed the other times, and your provider says its ok-its probably intermittent. I know you say the other servers work fine which could be the case as they have other routes. Try rebooting the Cable modem/Router and even your personal router if you have a 2nd device (always the first thing to do).

    I am assuming the IP address of your server is the 45.159.x.x

    More than likely you are going to have to wait on the issue with the internet to self resolve. Nothing you nor the other end can control on the middle.
