the server version wont update. there was a new update more than 18 hours ago (20.4) and my server is stuck on 20.3 i tried restarting but that didnt work i cant play the game help me plz

no its been 3 days and they still havent fixed it. i got a email saying that apparently they checked my service and that my issue is resolved but i still cant play the server its still stuck on 20.3 and it wont update. it took them 2 days to reply to me.....
