Hi, I leaved nitrado and block my card for future costs for my services ... because I cant login to my server administration to cancel subscription + I cant login to support page for creation ticket in NITRADO..... everytime I get message during loging to my service

Had this happen to me too, this company just seems beyond incompetent when it comes to any technical stuff. What worked for me to get back into my account was to try out other browsers, ultimately it ended up working with Firefox after Chrome, Edge and Avast suddenly gave the same error message you got and denied me access to my account, maybe that will work for you too if you still need it.
I feel bad for you, DOAGEN. Nitrado can't do their primary job, and you're taking all the heat. Hey Nitrado, I figured out how to fix it all...fire your programmers and get new ones. j.s.
Yea its been 4 days and still hasnt been fixed for me, I understand that they are swamped but this is just ridiculous.
So I figured by ARK recommending Nitrado that you would be one of the better server hosts. I have only had your service for a week but since getting it I have seen nothing but bad things about Nitrado. I have seen for over a week about servers stuck in restart ect. It took two hours to restart my server a few days ago and now today it is offline and won't start. I am paying you for a service you are not providing. My server is way too new to worry about having to start over months down the line when this happens again. Provide the service or issue a FULL refund.
I can't believe the amount of people I see that can't get onto a server they are paying you to host....
same problem here, my 2 ARK servers just stopped at the same time about 4 hours ago for no reason,
and it stucked on "stopping server" for a long time, i can't do anything till i finally see the "start server" icon shown after 15 minutes.
it stucked on "restarting server" for a long time again..... and one of my ARK server was crashed, even i can see the server status is "server started"
no matter i tried to restart the broken one several times, i just can't find the server in list, and it shows "no response" on my steam server check list.
day 5 now, anyone have solutions or anything?

Woot! 12 days and counting!
I am having the same issue. I'm on windows 10 version and I have tried everything. Opened all ports so I ha e an open mat type, reset router reset network card, played single player, set prim+ then went back. Ran a dedicated, ran a non dedicated. Each time I tried something new then went back to see if it worked. So far nothing is working. I am renting a server I can't even play on at this point.
My second server is stuck in a restart loop for 2 days now, how do I fix this problem?
You have to wait for nitrado so they fix it. I have this problem for over a week now. I downloaded all my server files yesterday over FTP and switched the provider. I don't care anymore about my lost money. This is a joke.
