Ark Server - Restarting, Not found, unable to restart

    My server has been and crashing and rolling back every 5 mins. I've installed back ups to no avail. same thing happen last weekend. If i force stop the server it come back telling that its stopped but it's still on Arks server list and am able to join for 5 mins before it kicks me off. If i restart server it just hangs.

    Getting old. Is it just me? I've gotten no info from nitrado except that "they know". Restart reinstall stop restore-nothing works as it is just stuck in a loop. For seven days now. Support ticket has been in a while and I have called but all they say is that they know. I asked if I should just order another server and ditch this one but the woman said it will probably just be stuck in the install. This is just weird.

    when the message saying the restarting loop appeared on my page that's the day my server was down but without looping then yesterday the server went down again same issue just wouldn't boot and then went into a restarting loop. was able to play for maybe 30 minutes but no one else could join and now the loops come back right after i closed my ticket -_-. Seriously nitrado sort it out this is the same issue i had over a year ago with ark using your services

    So when the message first was displayed on my page about the restart loop issue my server was fine but then refused to start it was fixed the next day by itself, then yesterday the server had the same issue so i reported it then it progressed into a restart loop. Server started today for like a hour so i closed my ticket but it turns out i was the only one able to connect and then the restart loop started again.

    I have had this issue a few times over the years but only from nitrado, seriously puts me off from renting from you again when you always have this issue and never respond to tickets. Nearly 24 hours since i posted my last ticket and i remember before sometimes i would take days for just a response.

    Hello Nitrado team, i dont wanna be dirty or offense, but this is insane. Im here one week. And in 7 days, 1 day wasnt possible connect server, Ip was dead. Other days every 2 hours, some times when we connect every 5 min is server off, restarting. This is great when you are doing something or just flying and dead again or giga eat you again,again adn again when u try tame it. Please give me (us) server on different IP without problems or give me money back and we will rent hosting somewhere else.

    1. Hello. Today i order and payed server. Then I waited for the initial start of the server. After that i go to settings,set some server rates, like Harvesting and taming, change name etc. and add 3 mods. I saved it, restart server. Everything was looking good, when i check it after restart. Mods and settings were there saved and in Dashboard,server was looking running ( Ram,CPU usage ), in Log file no crash or error. But i could not connect there over IP and Query IP. In game,with right filters isnt vissible. So i reinstaled server and set it again. Still same, cant connect, there is no server vissible on that IP. New IP after reinstal is 46.251.245.245:8777 Server name: Ztraceny Svet PVE CZ/SK Map: Lost Island

    If you are still having issues, some basic things to do:

    (1) Restart the server. If is hangs, about 5-10m a button appears to forcestop, then restart.

    (2) Check out the server logs. If you see crashstack, that more likely is a corrupted gamefile. It happens with ARK. Sadly the resolution is to rollback to the last known saved file. And no way knowing which one is bad. Some folks that do not feel comfortable trying this- you can contact Support.

    (3) If this is a new server, try a reinstall. *note: sometimes this happens after a game update. Wildcard suggests to do a recovery backup.

    (4) If all the above fails, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate. If you already have please continue to be patient. We are unable to assist you here in the forums.

    Moderators have no access to servers or accounts. We are volunteers and able to share experiences just like the rest as this is a Community Support Forum for Gamers and Admins just like you and I.




    I was trying everything. And this is rly annoying and depressive when you cant play on your rented server when you pay for it and dont have time to wait 24 hours to wait for it. Thank you for listen me, and fix it soon pls.

    My Servers were based in the UK. 2 of my 3 were affected.

    I am not happy with how Nitrado have handled this. They have been aware of these issues for over a week but customers are just supposed to sit back and be patient until they finally get it fixed?

    Sorry Nitrado but I like playing ark on the servers I am paying for. This is why I cancelled my services and moved to a new host.
