adding lots of mods to server

i have like 100 mod installed while playing single, i want to add them to the server ,is there a quick way to add them becuase going thought the list of mod trying to find them is almost a day wasting experiance. I also tried using the FTP and download the mod folder but that did not work. Any help please.
