I am having disconnections with Nitrado intermittently and no its not my internet as Nitrado is the only thing that does this.
I have logged many tickets with only 1 easy answered response.
I have asked for a full refund seeing I haven't even had the BF4 server more than 2 days yet
If I could get some response on all my questions about Procon the server setting up etc. wouldn't be too bad in fact would be great.
To be honest the support is not very good on the tickets. they moved them to one place ok but still no response
I am new to Nitrado so have no idea how Nitrado works but I am finding out
Been in support and an IT manager for 10 years I could say more
Anyway cheesed off and had my whine .
