I just rented a server for ark, can't find it at all on the server search list. I've done everything I can think of, and i'm at a loss.. please help?

what platforms are you guys looking for? Sometimes you make have just rented the wrong server. I know it is Nitrado I just want to make sure you have ordered your specific the correct way.

To play with PC people it has to be the windows 10 version of Ark. Xbox and steam players sadly cannot play together. You would have to purchase the server via the Nitrado app from the store on xbox one. Or the microsfot store on windows 10.
