thanks i searched i little bit and its wasn't a "glitch" its was an error from nitrado so now i have no problem you can also close the thread

That's convenient. The support ticket I sent on Friday about this is no longer listed. Seriously? It is going on three days and no response other than the email I received. Good thing I keep my emails Nitrado.

Being we have no access to tickets, servers or accounts here- perhaps they thought your server was part of a group that had been restored. And they had a list of tickets for that particular server which they should resolved and closed it. I am only guessing, but I have seen that done with other hosts, and IT departments. Feel free to contact Support and ask them directly. I would if I had a question like yours. In my case, I also had a ticket like you opened. It is now closed and server is up. I am just happy the issue was resolved. If yours is not, try 1 more time a restart. Wait 20min. If it still does not come up, then contact support again to have a ticket in the system. Thank you for your patience.
i just bought an ark server and it is also stuck in restart .... any idea how to fix this or how long until this is fixed?
My server has been stuck for 2 days. It will not restart. It Will force stop. Will not force start or restore to a backup. I put in a ticket Saturday morning but have had no response yet. Just wondering if it's everyone or just me.

Nah mine is the same. Nothing works. It cant even install a new game properly.
I turned off my firewall and reset server/game/pc/and internet
They just released an update have you updated your game, Also if you are playing on an unofficial server that will also need to be updated.
We have to wait until Nitrado decides to update us as well. You are probably version 344.8, the new version by the update is 345.3 and they do this in their own time. Nitrado NEVER gets in a rush here, we just have to wait.

i did update yes. i also still have the time freezing issue that is completely separate but i see im not allowed to make separate post. furthering my point that no cs provided. they can monitor how i post but not help with the issue

Did you submit a ticket? Folks on here like Doagen are only Forum monitors. They cannot access your account. I know it's frustrating, I am waiting to play too. Mine is due to the version update.
If you are still having the issues as in the forum topic title, Support advises to forcestop, then restart. If it does not come back in 20min you would create a ticket with Support.
(assuming this issue is not WC update that was just released). At some point will have to keep updating 2 threads. One related to update, other with the ongoing issue for some.
So if your posts gets moved around, this is why: just sorting.

So ppl know I have an update coming down from Nitrado as I type this. Servers should match shortly.
