Server stuck restarting- need help please.

how do i get refunded for my server it was stuck restarting put ticket in and now it just wont start

Any help would be appreciated

I put a ticket in yesterday so i'll wait to see what happens cheers for info

Just back from live chat and its good news their moving my server to a different system just got to wait 20 to 30 mins so fingers crossed thanks again buddy😁✌️
