same problem and its the second time in like 2 weeks what is causing this its getting really anoying?

We're very sorry to hear from you about these experiences. What we're facing right now is a situation which is not under our control sadly. Those bans or more precisely IP bans, are not issued by us, there is no reason why we should do so.

As suggested by DOA here is true, you can reach out to us via ticket to better handle the situation. Only in this way we can collect those IPs, handle them depending on the case, and report everything to scum developers to react to this issue.

We really would like to have a better way to solve this, but as I said, this is sadly not under our control, as it's the server IP that it's getting banned, and recognized by the software denying the access to it.

Therefore, I strongly recommend you to follow the suggestion to open up a ticket to our support team, in order to handle this in the best way.
