Dang another week thanks for the update though . I should've looked before starting my server lol oh well

has theur been any information yet as to when this week we might see this map become availible to us gportal already has it so why dont we

you would think we would get it 1st the way atlas pushes this server ! Come on guys fix the dang thing !

this server needs to update from Version 218.13 I think the game is on 218.15

STILL waiting..... Had I known it would take this long, I would have gone with a different hosting service. But since you already got my money, I guess I'm stuck waiting. Any ETA, Nitrado?

This is all the info us Forum Moderators are being advised. So based on when that was posted, anytime between now and Saturday I suspect.

Wonder if you can use Blackwood map in 1 grid on a 2x2 grid server and have normal islands on the other 3 grids and have the same mods on all 4 grids.

I see the Blackwood map now as a map option. But when I select it and restart my server, I cannot find my server in the list. If I switch it back to Oceans, my server is in the list. But soon as I switch it to Blackwood....no server in the list.

Please contact Nitrado Support directly either be calling them or creating a ticket. Forum Moderators do not have access to servers to check or any additional information at this time. Did you change your filters?

In the web interface it states "

1x1 Map selected Currently a 1x1 map is selected. This map does not support grid functions. Grid options disabled." That is what happens when "Blackwood" is selected. So it appears to be designed as a SP 1x1 only, and not like an addon as one would hope.

Problem solved! I did not have Non-Atlas Server selected. Glad to finally be able to play Blackwood with my family!

I did not have to do that.

I just changed the map from Ocean to Blackwood, save, then reboot. Done.

Dont forget to visit the Blackwood DLC page for support information. Map/Game support is done by the Atlas Official Wiki. Some had been visiting the map creators discord. They said they do not offer support there, but the official site for the game/map.

Assume a hosted Blackwood does NOT have tethering or cap players at 4?

Also, how exactly did u get Blackwood installed? It's not an option for me from the control panel that I can see

From what the webinterface its a standalone server 1x1 grid only and not to be clustered.

As for changing the map, go to: Dashboard, its at the top. The dropdown is 'cluster' and 'blackwood'. That confirms no clustering with Blackwood.

I am running Blackwood now as a 1x1 with mods. I am going to change the json and add stuff. It looks like its freeport and 11 smalls islands.

okay, so how you all did it I have no Idea, but I am currently looking at my server and it seems it is not starting. I keep getting not responding. I have set blackwood in the dropdown list, set the pw, made a server name... but in the steam server list it keeps showing, not responding, I have restarted the server a few times. no luck... any help? apparently two of you have figured it out.

Change the port by +1.

Example: If your port is 32000, use 32001 in steam.

Atm this map is new. I would suggest visiting the Official Atlas Wiki forum. The creator of this map says all Blackwood support is at the official wiki.

I will add it does not appear you are able to edit the json with this SP map. We have no access to it. I looked at my server. But I can edit the json when I switch back to Ocean/default.
