Tried to log in last night, and server says invalid password, then says connection timeout. Server progress also shows in game it has been reset, as well as player slot shows 10 and not 16. Checked setting through nitrado and nothing has been changed. Tried to reload save data, and change password to no avail. Anyone else?? Has nitrado said anything about a solution?

We do not have access to your server or account here so my responses are generic.
Check the error logs. If you see a crashstack error, you may have a corrupted file.
Try changing the password, save then restart.
Not sure why it shows 10 slots not 16. Did you change it?
If you are still having issues, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate.
