Unable to connect "Server not Responding"

    We installed Space Engineers on our server, but when we try to connect it tells us the server isn't responding. we've already filed a ticket but have yet to hear back.


    We've tried reinstalling and restarting the game server to no avail, this problem is specific to space engineers as other games work fine.
