I have 1 artefact glitched out on ragnorok, Artifact of the Strong, after ther first 2 times we received it glitched into a wall and now cannot retrieve

It probably a game bug and either you would go to the creator for Ragnarok support. or Ark. I would suggest, Ragnarok. They do have a Discord Channel

because someone I have spoke to who played this everyday since it came out said there is a cheat code to bring missing artifacts back, or to reset the artifacts so that's why I post here if anyone knew it. he did play the pc where I am on the xbox

Only code I am aware of is to give someone the artifacts. Searching on googling I came up with the same solution.
"summon"
No command I am aware of that respawns them like destroywilddinos.
Most of the posts I just found say to reinstall the map.
