Cannot see server listed in game browser

Hey support team!

I've had my server a few days now and it is still not showing up in the Conan Exiles server browser list. I have also tried the steam server method and it says the server is not responding and does not allow me to connect. I have no idea what else to do. The server is up and running correctly, but I nor my friends can see it.

Yes, I have tried both ports with no success

I love how looking through the threads that mention this same issue, it's never resolved.. Why the silence?
