Hello, i just recently paid for a new server and paid to extend the time on another server, however the people that played there no longer have an interest to play anymore. So i was thinking of closing down the servers, since the payments were only made recently is there a way i can have the money refunded and the server closed for now until i decide to pay to open it again?

You have to contact the support for a refund. I'm not sure if they will refund the money from the remaining server runtime. You could "downgrade" the server to the minimum amount of slots and the shortest runtime and get the left over money refunded. A refund is not always possible, the support can tell you the exact terms. If i'm correct, a refund will also close your account.
