Ark Server shows up on Xbox but not on Windows 10/PC using Xbox Live

The server is up and working and shows up while I'm on my Xbox but the server doesn't show up while I'm logged into Ark through Xbox Live on Windows 10. I've let the server stay up for about 3 days now to ensure there wasn't a syncing problem so that can't be it.

Anyone know of a direct connection method on Windows 10?
