My server is stuck in restart. Will not start. I have tried to force start, force shutdown and still nothing! It has been 12 hours and the patience level is wearing thin now. I have put in a ticket and still no response. It would be nice to hear that someone has at least looked at the ticket by now.

Yeah, you are not alone. Even attempting to change the map (as if Valguero was the problem) and the server still cant start.

mine as well... all i did was upgrade the slots... and it did a auto restart and it's stuck now.

Mine just states,
header/status/ in the control panel. WOW guess Im not alone with the issues.

Having the same issue only it started yesterday. Server had high pin and people where rubber banding horribly. Hit the restart server and the server never actually restarted. Just constantly saying its restarting. This went on for hours. I forced stopped the server thinking it was just being a pain. It stop but when I start it goes back to saying restarting server. Now I know the server is up cause people have been getting on it but we are still having insane ping issues and I don't think the server is actually shutting down when I force stop it. I have a ticket in since last night and now i am waiting to see if they will respond about fixing it. We were fine all day Saturday. Don't know what was different from Sat to Sunday but now we are on day 2 of it doing this. Though I will mention was are using a Mod Map, specifically the map called Hope.
I should also mention this is a pc server. Didn't realize that this was tagged as ps4 but the issue is still similar.
