Server doesnt show (Xbox / Win10)

    Server isn't showing up when i search up the name (unofficial pc sessions), checked the wiki already and nothing works, been trying to fix this for a couple days. I thought maybe the server version was wrong today and couldnt find it, apparently it's supposed to be on the dashboard but mine only shows the IP



    Tried joining with both my pc (windows 10 version, v942.33 according to server list) and my friend's xbox one, doesnt work. Allowed crossplay and didnt set up a server password, also made sure that it's an xbox one server. As I said before been messing around with it but cant get it working, any ideas?

    Could be friends xbox is not in current version like pc is? I’ve done all updates on game and server. It lets me play but it still is a couple versions behind. My cluster of servers are still on v942.26 and says last update was December 24. Could be a situation like this?

    Same Issue here, I rented a Xbox server through the app several hours ago and its not showing up on the xbox server list/ The CPU has no activity and appearing to be in a restart loop. Currently reinstalling but if anyone has feedback that has solved the problem let me know. I went thru the list of things to do and ended up submitting a support ticket to get the ball rolling.

    Nitrado support was able to resolve my issue after a ticket request and a couple messages back and forth. Support response times were pretty good and they did get my Ark: Lost Island server wrinkles ironed out in 1 day. Thanks Support team
