    Same here... seems more like Scam, than Scum server :(


    I rented the server, payed, installed, configured and started... I see the server in the server list, but I cannot connect. There is no way to see what happens with the tickets sent, you cannot even write what is going on into the ticket and most important there is no reply from the support after almost 24 hours.


    I expect my server fixed or money returned today (and I hope someone from the support reads the forum to see this statement), otherwise I will consider legal actions for fraud!
