Cannot place on Winter Castle on Lost Island

I am playing on Lost Island and cannot place anything in most of the winter castle. I am only able to place it around the door ways but that is it. Is there some kind of setting that is on the servers that aren't on normal arks?

I saw your question was already answered on the discord. That is the code to use. Need to make sure the server is offline, make your change. Then save, then restart.

I can build in the castle fine with those settings. You may need to remove the restriction of cave building as well. I had.
