7/20 933a PST update:

The map was released yesterday, and system have recovered. Some folks are reporting some trickle of effects. This thread will no longer be updated.

If you are having issues still, please contact Nitrado Support either by a call or submitting a ticket. Expect long delays as Nitrado is catching up orders. Tickets will be picked up in the order in which they were received.

We do not have access to your servers.

As many of you are aware, the map/DLC Valguero has been released for Xbox and PS4.

This means servers will update at some point, and also may affect other servers due to congestion, and the steam network.

And yes, this may even affect the website.

Please be patient and wait. Nitrado Support is very aware of the situation.

We would recommend not to create tickets atm as it will only bog down the queue, and take away from other tickets to be resolved.

Same here was just hitting the server start button on my extinction server after tweaking a few of the settings, then I was pushed out due to the high load and the start command wasn't received by the server. If one the the techs could hit the start button on the extinction xbox server on UserId <blocked> it would be much appreciated.

Might be worth sitckeying until resolved over at General support as well if this is the case as it is for sure effecting other game servers. (Minecraft server web interface here)

Lots of servers. Released in groups. It could be fast, could be a while.

btw- some users are starting to already report they can see the map now. So its cycling around.

So you have loads of ppl who pay for a service and with no warning you take it all down with no ETA or info as to whats going on. So people are sat at their computers refreshing the page just waiting.

Im having issues accessing my web interface to my servers. It says I cannot connect web interface Host and I click on troubleshooting and it just tells me its there problem and to try again in a few minutes. I have been doing this since 1pm its 3:45pm now lol

I'm not switching the map I was editing settings before the situation started so my server was stopped I just need to get it started again.

Hello, you may contact Support by creating a ticket if you wish. We understand your frustration. Even my web interface is offline. Note that expect much longer times for tickets to be picked up. Thank you for your business and patience.

Yes I am still getting the 504 for both of my servers. My question is why did the server give me a New York server center to use? I thought that was reserved for other types of games?
