How to tell when update is released?

How can I tell when Nitrado has released the latest update for the server? None of us can log in right now due to the patch mismatch and I haven't found a way to tell when I can start the server again

Oh shoot, I've already stopped my server, do you think I should restart it now?

I had read that post already but I was still unclear on how exactly the updates are rolled out. If I had just left my server running, would it have rebooted and updated on its own or does launching the update require some manual intervention? If it reboots for the update automatically do we get any warning? If it doesn't, how do I know when it's time to reboot myself?

the updates are done automatically, wait a while for it to be applied. As mentioned in the post that was shared with you, it takes some time for all servers to be fully updated.

If it doesn't update or you encounter a failure after the update, you can contact the support team to find out what's going on.

My servers are still on the old update and we can't get in to them.
